 Why Pamela's Pampered Pooches? 

Your dog is not just a pet but a member of your family, I know, I have 4 of my own.

Having struggled to find reliable dog walkers while working full time and unable to find kennels who cared for my dogs the way I would, my husband Lee and I rarely took holidays or weekends away together as we hated leaving them.

I’ve always been at my happiest when with my dogs and often took care of friend’s dogs when they went away – so when considering changing jobs, I just had to do something I loved and was passionate about.

So, months of research, studying and getting all the right insurances and memberships in place I home boarded my first pampered pooch and booked my first dog walking clients.

Fast forward a couple of months and I had a team of dedicated dog walkers and home sitters working right across Furness and have been blown away by the fabulous response we have received.

I honestly believe that our success is down to our passion and our determination to make it all about your dogs.  For example, we don’t pack walk like other dog walkers, so your dog can enjoy their favourite walk. If you want your dog to be more sociable you can request we walk with other dogs, but we would never walk more than 4 at a time.

All of our dog walkers and sitters are DBS checked and trained in Dog First Aid as well as fully insured, so you can rest assured they are getting the very best care.
